Perjuangan, that means “passionate” in Indonesian language, is a 21 meters traditional phinisi made from exotic woods (teak), was built in village of Bira in Sulawesi, well known for boat building. She has been renovated in 2013 by a French interior architect.
She welcomes group of 7 passengers, divers or non divers, or a family with children for private cruise in Komodo national park.
The 3 cabins are located on main deck. They’re all air conditioning, with private bathroom with hot water. The Master cabin is equipped with double bed and a small additional bed for a child. The Twin cabin offers bunk bed and the Triple cabin is composed of one double bed and one bunk bed. All of them have windows that let lots of sunlight entering cabin and passengers can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Komodo and Rinca islands.
You will spend lot of your free time on upper deck which has been specially fitted out to make your free time enjoyable. It’s composed of a bar and dining area wich is a great place to enjoy delicious Indonesian meals and share cocktails watching the sunset. Also a large fore deck with sun loungers and its removable awning is ideal for relaxing in shade. A Bose sound system is installed, so don’t forget your ipod with your favourite music to listen while chilling out.
Scuba diving gear up area is spacious so you can get prepared for your dive without elbowing. Water entering is done from boat or from motor launch. You will be supervised by professional English speaking dive instructor and one divemaster who have an excellent knowledge of Komodo and Rinca dive sites.
Indonesian crew is discrete, charming and always available to make your stay onboard unforgettable. Cleaning of your cabin will be done every day, towel will be given after swimming. Two chefs will be cooking delicious western or indonesian dishes.
Security onboard is assured by modern navigation devices (GPS, echosoundeur), fire extinguisher in each cabin, 12 life jackets, oxygen tanks and first aid kits.
There is no fixed schedule, you choose the date and number of days you wish for your cruise. A minimum of 5 days / 4 nights in low season and 6 days / 5 nights in high season is required, between march and december.
Non divers are welcome, trekking on Komodo and Rinca island, fishing, snorkeling, tow surfing, swimming and free leisure on white sandy beaches will be organized.
