MV Manta Queen 1Description
MV Manta Queen 1 is a 30m x 6m wooden hull which sails to Similand Islands and Richelieu Rock for 4 days / 4 nights liveaboards.
Hers electronics navigation features are GPS, Sondeurs, night radar. Communication is established by VHF radio and satellite phone. Pharmacy, Oxygen and first aid kit, life jackets, extinguishers are on board.
She welcome up to 22 divers in eight cabins of different kind, located on the main deck, with choice of twin of double bed, all with air conditioning and shared bathroom. Quadruple cabins are available for friend’s group of family.
The wheelhouse, the crew cabins, the dinning area and the indoor saloon are found on the upper deck. The dinning area consists of long tables with benches and the sides of the boat are open. There is a TV and DVD player in the indoor air conditioning saloon where you can relax and watch a movie.
On the main deck , is the Dive Platform and gearing up area. It’s ample and holds 30 tanks of 12 L capacity, and Buckets of fresh water to rinse your equipment and your photography material. Nitrox is available on board.
The galley is also on the main deck. The cook prepares Thai and western food at each meals.
The sun deck is on the roof of the upper deck. There is lots of room for getting tan on large and comfortable mattresses.
The Tour Leader and divemasters are from different nationality and they all speak english. They’re PADI certified and dive ratio is 4:1, small group for relaxed dives.
The 7 Thai boat crew are: 1 captain, 1 engineer, 4 deck hand and 1 cook. They’re friendly, attentive to your needs and very professional.
